4x4 rolling chassis new lower price
1970 GMC 3/4 ton rolling chassis. I plan on keeping the utility bad and scraping the rest of the body. The truck was built by Truck Equipment Company, it has a tag in the door along with the the GM tag with a date of 3-70 and a vin # .The chassis is complete except for the front driveshaft. Trans is a 4-speed, transfer case I believe is a np 205. The front end is a Dana 44 positrac, the rear end is dana 60 maximum traction both with 4.55 gear ratios.Refer to the pic of the options list. The truck has a P.T.O. coming off the 4-speed trans and goes to a winch on the front bumper. Also have all 4 factory 8" wide wheels. I was going to build a 4wd but have changed to a 2wd so I no longer need it.The truck is not running. The guy I bought it from said he was having trouble with the 307 motor and it quit so he parked it.I'm sure I have forgot some info or if you need more pics just ask. My job keeps me away from home for 36-40 hours at a time so please be patient with a response.I'm asking $800.00 Thanks Mike

Re: 4x4 Rolling Chassis
Just curious about the axle ratios. Does the option list show 4:55 gear ratio as I can not see that in the option list picture? That Dana 44 posi front axle was an ultra rare option. If I was building one more that suspension and axles would be awesome combination. Thanks
