Front crossmember?
Will a 74 model complete crossmember fit under my 65 chevy truck? Will it just bolt in or is there big mods needed? Also will I be able to use my tubular lower arms that are bolted to the crosmember in the truck now?

you have to drill holes because only a few will line up. the frames are different widths so you have to hammer the 65 frame between the k member(if you had torsion bars) if you didnt have torsion bars everything should line up fine.

No torsion bars it looks just like 67-72 stuff under my truck I just want discs.

From what has been posted before there is one hole on each side that doesn't line up. Dont know if lower arms will work. I know the lower ball joints are different.

Torsion bars were used pre-63. After that, it went to the coil/a-arm style that was used (& basically unchanged) until 87.
