Custom Dash Options??

I'm contemplating installing an Semi/RV type dash into my truck. I've looked into a few options and here are some ideas. Basically, I want to extend the dash face out over to where a center console would be and make use of that space. The first couple pics are big rig dashes and the last few are RVs. Anyone have anything to add?

You name it, it will be in there. Gauges, lights, winches, sterio equipment, suspension control, on board air, etc. (along with the standard climate controls, fuel tank selector switch, etc. and also some type of aftermarket air ducts; probably from vintage air.)

And you know, I may just have enough room to put in a CB radio.

and a TV or 2... dvd player, Xbox360... I like the idea myself, useful and different, a couple of those you pictured, dont look soo far off stock.. good luck and keep us informed.. would like to see it when its done.

Yeah, all of the websites that I've seen about doing a custom dash involve integrating a few plazma screens and a PS2. I just want something that is functional...and a lot of gauges. (probably the pilot in me)

Right now, I'm just in the research stage of the game.

lol....I'm guessing, not that well.

Sometimes life gets in the way with a couple of kids, a move across country, deployment or two (3?).... things don't always move as fast as we would like them.
