Anybody ever try this brake conversion kit?

Saw this today and was wandering if anybody ever used it?: Looks like car stuff would be easy to find. http://www.classicparts.com/prodinfo.asp?number=71-977

Won't that change the lug pattern to 4.75 instead of the 5?
