Those used to sell for 60 bucks at tractor supply here in town. I never got one, felt it was a bit steep.

Re: diecast......am i the only one that has one of these ???

I saw that one on the playing mantis website that orange mentioned about a year ago and tried to find where I could buy it but no one had it. I wanted one because I have a 68 and have never seen a 1/18 scale diecast of the 68, I've seen some of the 69-72 diecast models before but never the 67-68. Now if they would just make it in a stepside version.

Re: diecast......am i the only one that has one of these ???

Ive got the copper one but I spent a sunday afternoon lowering it & painting flat black rally stripes on the hood. The scoop is not exactly like a normal cowl scoop & the stripes help hide that...corn

Forgot...I got it at walmart for @$20 a year or so ago...

Re: diecast......am i the only one that has one of these ???

I called playing mantis this afternoon and was on the phone for 20min. The lady could not find the truck anywhere. She took my name and number in case she found one.

If anyone finds a place that sells them LET ME KNOW.

Re: diecast......am i the only one that has one of these ???

I have seen those, but I don't have one. I do have this though. It's a die-cast '67 bank. You have to slide the tonneau cover back to reveal the change slot. It has a metal key that you have to use to open it. It's never actually been used though.
