Question Anybody been to Scott's (Alberta). Curious about that Suburban...

Hey all. I stumbled onto the webpage for Scott's the other day and found a white Suburban for sale. From the 'net it looks pretty good so I'm thinking of heading up from Calgary to have alook. Has anyone checked it out? I'm curious if it's worth the trip. Many thanks,

Greg

Yeah I saw that one on his site a few weeks ago and was wondering the same thing. At least you are a lot closer to it than I am. It's a 13 hour drive to Penhold from here.

If you hear of any good fixer upper 67-72 short step side pickups, could you let me know?

Hey Dubie, there's a '67 short fleetside Chevy at the wreckers up here in Fort McMurray. I was wandering the yard and came across it and just about fell over. The yard attendant said that if I came by with about $500 cash they'd probably take it, but he wasn't the owner of the yard. So I'm trying to think of a way of breaking the good news to my wife........Anyways the next day I went back and talked to the owner and he says he'll "let it go for $2500" . Right. So it's still there if you're interested. Call Aero Auto Parts if you want to check it out. Only thing missing was the rad and battery. Cab rusted bad on rockers/corners etc, box was pretty good, had been painted at one time with a brush so who knows whats underneath. Has I6 / 4 speed, no options.
