Re: 71 Super Cheyenne
The only thing I found rare about my '71 were tool box replacment hinges. Four months of searching I found a guy in FL that had a set of three.

Re: 71 Super Cheyenne
I have two rare trucks, but the '70 chevy isn't one of them...
So he's saying the BB Super shorty is rare... well it's probobly fairly uncommon I'd think... but 700 seems like an awfully low number. |

Re: 71 Super Cheyenne
The thing is, even if you look at the numbers...which are just percentage rates... they aren't broken down by model number, or into option equipped trucks.
For example, we'll say that in '70, only 10% of the trucks that were avalible with cruise, got it. That won't tell you haw many CST trucks got them... nor if they were generally in c/10 or c/30 trucks. there is NO WAY to document his claim. It may actually be acurate... if he wants to say it is one of 500 big block, swb, cheyenne supers, with black seats and red paint and white accent paint.... well, he may be right. But he can't back it up. |
