just wondering how much ATF a TH700 tranny would take from being completely dry. Looking to do a fluid flush and filter change and just wondering how many bottles of fluid to buy???

14 Quarts or there abouts. A fluid flush will not completely empty the tranny. but it will strip the majority out.
