I am rebuilding a 6' wood bed. Does someone made new sheet metal for the bedsides to replace the inside lower lip, where the bedside bolts to the wooden floor.

I do not think so but you may want to check with MAR-K. If not why dont you use some thin angle iron.

MAR-K has the angle strip that runs lengthwise if that is what you want.
