Heater cable help
Can any one help me with the proper routing for the cable that controls the defrost/floor flop on an ac truck. My Jimmy didn't have the cables when I bought it so I don't know how it’s supposed to go. I just bought a new set of cables and was attempting to put them in and got two to work. Problem with the top cable is that even the slightest of bends and it doesn't work but when I straighten it out and pull the cable by hand it works right. Figured I just don't have it routed the right way.

Re: Heater cable help
Sorry, I don't have any photos and it is cold and dark outside so I can't get any right now.
I would suggest getting a LMC truck catalog. They have great illustrations for reference. You might also consider getting a Factory Assembly Manual, although I don't remember if it shows the cable routing for the heater, it is still a great reference.

Re: Heater cable help
I am attaching the control cable diagrams for the AC system. They should help you on the routing.
