Mounting plate and pusrod for booster/MC

Ok, I have a 71 C!0 that was origianly equipped with manual disc/drum brakes. I have purchased a master/booster assembly for a 1969 Corvette to replace my orig. master cylinder. I piked the 1969 Vetter master and booster b/c the car came from the factory with disc/disc and my truck will be rolling with the same after the resto. Also, the booster is a Dual 8" booster...For me that mean less obtrusive in the minimalist stlye engine compartment and good boosting abilities...

The booster/master did not come with the firewall bracket or a push rod... What do you guys think the best route would be to get this thing mounted up and working well? I will be putting in a brake pedal from a truck that had factory power brakes (I am going from manual to auto too) But I am a little lost on getting the booster on the firewall in the right spot and getting the right pushrod....

I have no problem making a bracket or the pushrod but I just need some direction as to what is gernerally acceptable for pedal-to-rod ratios and master/booster distance off the firewall....

Any insight or pics would be greatly appreciated....

Thanks gang
