what's the difference?

I've had my '72 c-20 for just over a year now and was blown away when I saw other 3/4 with coils in the back. mine has leaf springs and a Dana 60 axle. Wich makes me wonder, does anybody know what the difference is between a 3/4 ton w/leafs and a 1 ton?

Re: what's the difference?

about a 1/4 ton payload.

the brakes are bigger on the one ton, and the frame is longer, and taller.
