Question Vaccum Gauge ?

Hello

I have a Edelbrock 1406 with the vaccum advance on the carbs high port or pass. side port.

Does the vaccum gauge read manafold vaccum or should the hose coming off the gauge go to the same port as the vaccum advance?

Cheers

Yup. Otherwise you wouldn't be able to read any vacuum at all until the primary throttle blade cracked open enough to open the passage to provide vacuum to the vacuum advance on the distributor. That's how it works on holley's and demons anyway...
