Re: dashbord ?

You have three bolts on each side right behind the dash fase but the area that buts up to th efront winshieeld is spot welded all the way around. It is not that hard to get them out if you are not reusing bothe the truck or the dash. I just got one out of a 68 GMC at the Pick N Pull last month and I used a hammer and chissel. The dash is fine but that rusty cab is a gonner. You can drill out all the spot welds and it will keep both parts usable. What are you trying to do? Pulling a dash is normally the last chance effort.

Re: dashbord ?

I undo the bolts as rokcrln did but I drilled all the spot welds out to remove it. Not real hard and only took me about an hour. I used regular drill bits to do it to. I first located all the spot welds, usually just by looking at the pinch weld. Then I center punched them. Drilled half way thru with a 1/8" drill bit and then finished drilling with a large enough bit toremove the spot weld. Then just remove the dash. Good luck.
