hitch placement questions.

just put my hitch up to my frame (thanks VTBlazer!) and wanted to get some input as to the placement.

I like how this looks as is but it could be placed 3-4" to the rear (where it looks like it was made for per frame rivets). Anyone see any interference in these pics?

All I can see is that hitch wouldnt work on my truck as the duals run right in that spot

i'm doing a rear poly tank so it won't matter for my exhaust...the hitch sits even with the rear crossmember...
