Need some measurements

Hello,
I just joined here and I like what I see. I work on an oil tanker and would like to make some shackle brackets to lift one of my K-20s. Rather than have my wife or 14 year old daughter lay in the snow, could someone please measure the rear shackle bracket rivet placement for me?
Thanks:

Re: Need some measurements

Welcome to the board from West Michigan!

If I knew what you wanted I could go lay in the snow and get a measurement for you.

Will you please elaborate on what you need for a measurement as there are several rivets holding the bracket to the frame. (Or do you mean all of them?)

Jim

Re: Need some measurements

Jim,
Thanks for the reply!!! I need all 6 of them. I there are 4 on the face of the frame, and 2 on the bottom. I wish I could draw a picture to make it easier. It would be best if you could reference them from the bottom of the frame channel. Close is good enough since the rivetsare 3/8 and I will be using 1/2" bolts to install my brackets
Dan
