Front Crossmember Removal? Pics? FAQ?

Anyone have any info on how to do this?

Are you asking about the front crossmember or the suspension crossmember?

The front is 4 rivits - grind heads off and use a punch.

The suspension if a little more complex. Unbolt shocks, disconnect brake lines, unbolt and disconnect pitman arm from center link, unbolt idler arm from frame, unbolt and remove engine towers. All this gets you ready to undo the final 7 bolts on each side. Three are up and down from the frame through the crossmember and 4 are sidways from the frame through the suspension brackets outside the frame.
