Crazy Pulley!!!!help

hey all...i just put an electric fan in the truck and tok the old fan off just a flex fan with a 2 inch spacer.......when i did the change i got smaller bolts to hold the pully on...and hooked up the fan...the fan works great....never goes over 185... love it.....but the pully is all over the place....the belt even flew off when i was looking add it.......i checked to see if it was warped or bent ......NOPE....what else could it be....oh yah checked the pump andit was fine too!!!! WHAT THE F*$)..thanks all

is the pulley completely tight?...do your bolts have any shoulder at all..sounds like maybe the bolts are just a little long and not getting totally tight and when the engine runs, there is just enough give to let it flop some.

got it

did a few things.....i Broke out the old SLEDGE and gave the pulley a few wacks to see if it would straighten out......pulled the belt tighter and titened the bolts up more and i did something right.....IT s working now....Thanks......oh yah......there is still a little wobble i think bolts are a bit long ill go by some shorter one tommorrow

dont forget to restraigten the pulley after installing shorter bolts. lol. sorry must be the beer.
