They make a repair panel for just above the windshield for pickups. I think about $100 not sure if it would work in your case. Worth looking into though. Sure someone with more knowledge may reply.. Good luck.

P/u panel won't work. You'll need to subscribe and post a Wanted To Buy thread on the parts board (I believe there was one recently posted for sale, maybe do a search). For info on subscribing, click the "support the board" link in my sig.
As far as a write up on replacement, I don't think there's been one, if you find anything let me know and I'll move it to FAQ.
