randy im about 2 hrs from you, in stuarts draft. near staunton va,thanks for the compliment .my brother did all the work on it, cut the frame and painted it , since we finished this one i hope he will start work on his 69 swb 4x4 he redid it years back and needs it again .

The truck looks awesome so don't take this as criticism, but it does look like it needs another inch or two of lift. You know they say an extra inch goes a long way...

thanks everyone for the compliments, n2trux i was really thinking of putting a lift on it, but kinda decidied against it, we ended up putting 2 sets of tires on it the first was a set off 33" , we couldnt turn it at all, so i downsized to the 32" they do rub if you bind it up, but im thinkin its not gonna see alot of rompin, unless my brother drives it lol, it started life as a 72 2wd swb had no motor when he bought it, we then found the 3/4 ton frame he cut it down and the motor came from another truck he bought, but i belive it turned out very nice, the truck had no chrome on it, i must say he has a pretty good eye to get it all lined up like that hopefully have it on the road in a few days .. thanks

Stuart`s Draft,huh?Ever heard of Saumsville?It`s a tiny thing along the tracks a tad west of Rt.11.My grandmother on my dad`s side (she was a Saum) was born there.They left for Wash.D.C. as a result of Sherman`s destruction in the Shenendoah.

It`s a town.But,I realize it`s a good bit north from you,I guess.If I recall it right it`s north of New Market.
Yeah,I was on time,then had to wait an 1 1/2hrs.I`ve been sick for a week,had just gotten up,no shower,yesterday`s close,no food...pretty gross.Turns out I got pneumonia.

Let`s bring this red truck to the top^^^
