is this true?
My dad told me now that i have the lift, i should go with some 35s or 37s, that it will help me to get better gas milage, because it will be like having highway gears, instead of the ones ive got, i dont know ifthis is true or not (ithin ive got 4.11)

At a steady speed cruzing they should help some because of the larger diamiter, but lots of times putting on a larger tire can hurt city milage because it takes more to get the heavier tire moving from a stop.

Yeh if you go to a bigger tire it would be like less gearing it may drop to like 3.73. If you went to a smaller tire you would gain gearing like to a 4.33. There is a formula doe a search for wheel and gearing and you should find the info you need. This is kinda in the same ballpark, when I was 17 we changed my rear in the camaro from a 2.73 single to a 4.56 posi talk about a different world.
