Engine tower question
Does the engine tower bolt for a small block need to be grade 5 or grade 8? Also is 1 1/2 to long?
Thanks

Re: Engine tower question
grade 5 is plenty strong. If i'm not mistaken, that's what they had originally.
The mount it's self is the weak point, it'll fall apart way before the bolt snaps. |
