Ok when you open up a picture right click on the image and select properties then copy the adress. should look something like this: http://www.blah blah bla. bla.com/truck.jpg
or somethign liek that. Well copy that and when you are writing a post you will paste the adress in the space liek i show below.

That should be all man. if you need more clarification for copying and pasting
