Help!!!! Starting Problem(@#$!)
Okay this is what is going on I have a new starter(Oriely"s), new alternater, fairly new battery, new ground wire, and pos wire all connections are tight. My battery has 700 cranking when I give it a jump it fires up or I put a freshly charge battery in, I put the voly meter on it while it is running and it reads a little over 14 then I let it run for least 5 mins and I shut it off and try to start it again and the starter drags and then clicks I have check everything I know to check am I missing something?

Re: Help!!!! Starting Problem(@#$!)
Check your ground not on the battery but on the motor - is it tight. Also check cables installed are they tight at the starter. If you want to check to see if its a start problem have someone turn the key to start and lightly tap the starter with the handle of hamer, if it engauges then you may have a bad starter. Also make sure your parking brake is on and your on good terms with whomever your using to start it while you climb underneath.

i haven't had the problem myself but i have seen talk on here where the starter's are getting hot due to no heatshield or to close to header's..when they get hot they will do what your's is,,try a search or hopefully someone with first hand knowledge will jump in..

Re: Help!!!! Starting Problem(@#$!)
when you give it a jump it starts when its cold or it will start with a jump when hot? ( it isnt clear to me the way its written)
you may want to pull off the negative cable and check with a test light if there is a short draining the battery the heat shield is one idea and also bad block ground when you get in the truck cold do you have radio and fan horn and lights? how about when hot?

I would jump it off and drive it to Oriel's and let them test everything with their machine since you have their parts on there.
