i need a taillight harness for a 69 lwb... from the plug back to the all of the lights. no trailer plugs needed.

I think you are thinking of Painless. Unless you have part number I don't think they carry it.

I need alot more info for a complete harness. They do not have an update series for 67-72 trucks yet. You can use the Highway 22 series and build it to fit the truck which are very complete and not to hard to do, or I can provide all the original wiring harnesses once I know how your truck is optioned.
