GR8 news IMO. I don't know why trucks ever changed in the first place. those new guys were a joke.

Stacey is the man! You are right I can't stand the two bozo's on trucks now. They are trying to duplicte the guys on Musclecar.

Re: Get ready, he's coming back!
I'm in a grumble though, we're not going to see it here in Canada. Checked the Bell ExpressVu website and it didn't come up in a search for shows this weekend.

Re: Get ready, he's coming back!
does anyone know why he left trucks to begin with? Same thing with horsepower tv. The older dark haired guy left and they got a young kid in his place. I just wish on a show like that, that they would tell you why the person left. I mean it's not a soap opera where people die off every hour.

Re: Get ready, he's coming back!
Ive been ready for his return for a while now. I would have gone bonkers long ago but every once in a while I get lucky watching Trucks! and they do an old Stacey rerun...even Copperhead! Oh, speaking of Copperhead, it looks like we will be able to order the entire build on DVD which is great for those of us who didnt have DVRs when it aired.

Re: Get ready, he's coming back!
Spike TV did a testosterone makover and I think his style didn't fit into Spike's new format and they dropped him. I can't stand the Goldberg wannabe the have on there now (I haven't watched it much since Stacey left).

Re: Get ready, he's coming back!
That is so true, total Goldberg wannabe. The muscle head guy should be on a wrestling show not Trucks. He has basically been replaced with the young guy though, and I think the show is better now.

Re: Get ready, he's coming back!
The young guy is the guy who painted copperhead here in Nashville.
Stacey has come into my store a few times in the last few months. He said it's going to be a pretty cool truck. The only project he mentioned was a Miata with a 302 in it.

They've had Hockey on ESPN2 for years before the lock out. I can't believe Canada doesn't have it.

Re: Get ready, he's coming back!
I checked with my cable supplier Shaw cause I couldn't find ESPN 2 either. When I talked to the folks at Shaw they confirmed what I had thought when I couldn't find ESPN 2 on my channel list. ESPN 2 is basically a sports channel and in Canada we have the Canadian version of ESPN which is TSN. Our wonderful government and the CRTC protect all the Canadian TV stations advertising revenues by not allowing some of the US stations (especially the ones that broadcast mostly the same stuff we can get on TSN) to broadcast their signal into Canada. So much for "Free Trade" eh !!!! That is why when for example, "Law and Order " is on CBS from the USA, CTV will have it on at the same time and if you try to watch it on the USA station, you will get the version that is being shown by CTV along with the annoying Canadian commercials. Sorry I didnt mean to hijack the thread but I need to vent about this cause I was sooo looking forward to seeing Staceys' new show and am really pi**ed I can't get it here in Canada!!

Re: Get ready, he's coming back!
I watched my very first episode of Gearz this past weekend, and I got to tell you I loved it. What a show, great restoring info and tips, the host is cool and does great work, and then you throw in Uncle Ted's truck.......it couldn't get any better unless they were re-doing my truck. My DVR is set to record all episodes.
