73-87 vs 67-72 Springs?

I asked this question in the general forum with no answer so I'll try over here. Does anyone know if 73-87 front springs will fit in a 67-72? They look the same to me but I've never been able to compare them side to side.

Jumped in the "Wayback Machine" and came up with this. Tx Firefighter knows lowering these trucks... Rg

Ahh, just as I suspected. It's cool to be right once in a while.

Thanks for digging this up Rg, I see you're search powers are stronger than mine....

Well, my join date was in 2002 and I have a good memory for what interests me. Now if I could just remember the things that interest my wife...

Are you looking to go low? You can also use the 73-up drop spindles if you are willing to work at it...

Well if she's like my wife, I'm sure she'll remind you about a 1,000 times...

Yep, I'm pretty sure I'm gonna go with the 73-87 spindles too.
