Turn Signal Help
I found this one out over the weekend and it's got me scratching my head. My right rear turn signal does not work. The bulb is fine and the right front signal and sidemarker both blink.
What do you all think? |

Re: Turn Signal Help
Get a 12 volt test light and learn how to use it.
Does the brake light work on that side? Could be wire broken if the brake light doesn't work, could be ground is bad,....etc. If brake light DOES work, likely turn signal switch.

Re: Turn Signal Help
Didn't check the brake light so I'll start there.

Re: Turn Signal Help -Update-
You gotta love when you find a simple answer to a problem....
Finally got to looking into this problem and it had me scratching my head for a couple of minutes till I took 68speedalert's advice and got out my 12 volt test light and started poking around. Turns out that the bulb was good but it was the WRONG bulb. The contacts weren't matching up which is why only the taillight was working. |
