Re: how hard

I rebuilt my first 2 barrel in about 2 hours.Althought somebody that has done several probably would take less time. They are not hard.Just follow your kits instructions

Re: how hard

A heck of a lot easier than a quadra puke and right in line with a holley four barrel or so. I did mine in a 30 mins, but I let the carb soak in Carb cleaner (a gallon can from checkers for $1) over night and had clean carb parts and the kit ready to go!

Re: how hard

I did a 2 barrel carb in about an hour. I also soaked mine in carb cleaner overnight. Follow the instructions. My kit came with a pretty good instruction sheet.

Those Rochester Quadra jets are a pain in the arss. I rebuilt mine and it came out worse than when it was before the rebuild.

Good Luck

Re: how hard

just take your time and be sure you can understand the exploded diagram that comes in the kit. also try to remember how everything went as you take it apart.

it's pretty much take apart clean put back together not hard at all.
