remove surface rust??
what is the easiest and best way to clean the bottom of my cowl cover
it wont fit in a sanb blasting cabinet. id do have an outdoor syfin feed sandblaster (but that makes a huge mess)

That is going to be hard to do because of all of the small spaces, try some steel wool and naval jelly and sand with the steel wool, make sure and wear gloves.

I use the wire wheel attachment I have for my 4.5" grinder to remove rust. It works pretty well for my frame, control arms, etc. I haven't tried it on body panels, though.
