Check out my sway bar pics.....

Cody & me pulled my sway bar out last night and after an hour of cleaning and priming, we sprayed it silver and clear coated. I went by Advance Auto today and picked up these cool red TRW polyurethane bushings ($8 each with the strap), very nice looking. Part # HB 1607 for the 1 - 1/16th bar. Should look good, I want to get it bolted up this weekend, but I'll have to paint the a arms and stuff first. Let me know what you think...............Bamm!

Re: Check out my sway bar pics.....

Wow almost 100 views and not one comment. Did I make a mistake and post this on the "Honda Ricer" Board?
Maybe I broke a unwritten rule that all sway bars are supposed to be painted black.

Looks good I painted mine with the steel wheel paint and clear coat also. My bushings are blue Moog brand.

Re: Check out my sway bar pics.....

I was going to get the Moog parts after reading Txfirefighters FAQ write up, but they weren't in stock and these were. Same price roughly, just TRW and red.

Re: Check out my sway bar pics.....

Thanks, I'm hoping it's in the next week or so. I'm taking a lot of pics so I can start a "build" thread once I'm a little further along. .......Jerry

Re: Check out my sway bar pics.....

Thanks guys. I got all of my front suspension installed today and installed the sway bar. I think it looks great! I also got to put on my 18" Torque Thrust II's for the first time. I've had these bad boys for almost 2 years and they've never been installed on a vehicle. I will be putting the rear end back under it tomorrow and getting the other 2 TTII's on for the first time. Pics tomorrow. Later, ...........Jerry
