front hitch mount
i have a 84 chevy pickup 4x4 i bought a winch for it but want to be able to move the winch to the back of the truck i looked on reese and hidden hitch and there web pages don't go back this far does anybody know if they make one for my truck would like to buy a pre made one instead of making my own and wrecking my frame

If you build the hitch to fit pre-existing holes (bumper mount bolts etc.) there is no frame wrecking. Myself have never bought a pre-made hitch for anything I've owned. I build mine heavier than any on the market so I know they aren't going anywhere.
In fact I'm fixin to build one for my Jeep and do away with the regular hitch sticking out the back.

How tall you want the hitch to be? I just installed this yesterday:
