thanx guys!!! much appreciated! dave, im regretting my drop lol... in the front, right now it's sitting on the shaved down bumper stops with cut coils, and in the back is a 4-5" drop with shackles and hangers, as well as a flip kit. in the VERY NEAR future, im putting drop coils and spindles.. maybe even air.

and N2TRUCKS, of course it has mud... i drive it! thats what we build em for right?... and spring time in saskatchewan gets pretty muddy.

lol alright, as for my front roll pan, i have progress pics posted here: http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2461475/2 the door handles and gas tank were tricky. door handles: i used my factory set up, minus the actual handle. then i welded a tab on to my hinge, and connected the key lock to the hinge with wire. lol i know this sounds confusing.. i have a picture to show. (below) and my gas tank: me and dad had some sheet metal folded, and we welded it together. we put a tire air valve in it to ensure it was air tight. its a 17 gallon tank that fit behind the axle with very little modification, all we had to do was move the brake line bracket. then we had to lower the tank a bit to fit the nozzle under the bed. but, it turned out great! hope this helps! feel free to ask any kind of questions

Did I miss the part where you put in airbags and a c-notch in the back?

lol yeah i guess you would've as i never posted that. and, since that photo, i put all my leafs back in, and did a flip kit. with that set up, everytime i gave it gas, my axle rolled like crazy. and just lately, my airbags rubbed on the bracket and put gigantic holes in them. so, right now, its just a static drop.

3" is too much for a 350, unless it's a single. I was actually thinking of running the headers into a Flowmaster Y-collector with a 3" out, then back and up behind the cab, no muffler and with a tractor flapper on top of it all However, when I tried to price the system I got a sticker shock, cause my headers are higher than normal it'd take lotsa work to get them to meet on one side of the tranny, and I'd definitely need a hoist which I don't have an access to right now. My engine now breathes out through dual 2.5" pipes and Super Turbo mufflers, sounds good and flows well, it's a little on the quiet side but maybe I'm just too used to running headers and turndowns, lol

Beautiful truck but that wing on the cab just kind of rubs me wrong , the photoshop you did on the truck looks good, I really like the clean smooth look by eliminating the signal, fog and side lights on the front end

Re: 77 stepper project update!!

Wow, seems like fun lol, I might just go with the popper kit on my doors. The bumper I cant do cuz i cant weld, and the gas tank i think its best if I leave it in the same place lol.

Young guy like Steemin and saved from the import-tuning influence! I say the roof wing just does not fit in our narrow, grey minds. Yet. Maybe we all glue those on our roofs in 2010... It is refreshing to see something different. Somebody has to make the first one. Thumbs up!

Re: 77 stepper project update!!

nice colour i realy like the looks of this truck , i was thinking on using this colour or the crysler prowler orange metallic one , this colour looks like its more forgiving with damage and scratchrepair though , going to spray it on myself so it will prolly will become the same colour you have on the truck
