Re: Show me your Electric Cooling Fan Setup
Seems to work ok without a shroud although I'm making one for it. The fan is from a pontiac fiero. The motor was moved 1-1/2 inches forward and with a 2" body lift the motor and radiator dosen't line up very well so there's not much room for a standard fan and shroud.

Not sure yet how good these pics work. here's my single Perma Cool. Shroud came from Wes and modified by myself and a friend.

Re: Show me your Electric Cooling Fan Setup
This isn't for my truck..but I'm going to do the exact setup for the truck when I get to that point..this one was for my wagon.
I made the bracket out of some 3/8" steel tube, and welded the washers on for mounting tabs and then welded countersunk flathead bolts to the washers on the fan side of the brackets. They are simple, and not restrictive to air flow in any way...plus they were fairly easy to make.

Re: Show me your Electric Cooling Fan Setup
I have taurus fan fan switched, hi and lo, 75/120 and 40/50 amp relays. I also have a 14" pusher fan that is controlled by a t-stat at 195degrees. Unfortunately, I am still having overheating problems.
