Modifying Ralleys wheels 5 on 5 to 4 3/4?

There is a old man who drives through our alley ( goes through the dumspters) who drives a raggedy s-10 pickup, it has 4-15x7 looking truck ralleys on it. I know these are 5 on 5, and the S-10's are 4 3/4. I'd like to put a set on my s-10 blazer ( I have a set and don't like the vette ralleys on it )is it as simple as notching the holes or should the rims be re-drilled ? I tried to ask the alley can collector but there is a major language barrier. I am sure he probably had a buddy notch the holes with a torch. I don't want my ride to shake like the Flinstone mobile, possibly something for a machine shop to do? Anyone have and suggestion or thoughts before i chunk a wheel in the driveway and get out the rusty drill bits and Dremel?

Neither.....you DO NOT want to alter any wheel unless you want an accident later on. There are quite a few site that can build you just about any type of wheel and bolt pattern you want. I just had some 15x12 vette rally wheels for my C-10 in a 6 lug and it still takes the regular caps and rings. Don't mess with trying to make the wrong wheel fit.

They are 5 on 5 chevy truck ralleys that I want to put on my 5 on 4 3/4 S10 blazer. I was hoping atleast a good machine shop could re drill them. I know they do it on aluminum rims. No biggie if I cant. I was just hoping it was a easy deal. I don't like the vette ralleys (on the s-10) I have 3 sets of them but to poor for nice rims !

Astro vans had a 5 lug on 4 3/4" bolt circle and they look like truck rallies. You might get lucky and find a set.

Big Block has the right answer as the wreckers somewhere will have the rims you need as drilling the steelies is just asking for a death trap ride. You don't need that at all.
