New here/1st Project

I bought this off ebay for $1,300. Original motor(knocking 350/400) already replaced ,back cab supports need replaced, rockers not real bad but will be replaced, wood bed is shot and it needs tailgate work everything else is solid and rust free. Being inexperienced at resto work( ) I hope you guys dont mind a call for help on occasion? because i will probably need all the help I can get. Thoughts and comments are always appreciated and Thanks for having me. Alot of sweet trucks here.

Welcome from Kent, WA. It looks like you got a pretty decent truck for the price. Catch the taillight trim before you lose it...LOL! This site is a great resource for you and your truck.

Re: New here/1st Project

Welcome from southern Illinois. Don't be afraid to ask questions. I've found that there are a great number of very knowledgable people on here and they are all willing to share their information. You'll find yourself answering questions that you've figured out answers to. I've gotten a ton of ideas from other guys on here too. You've got a great looking truck to start with. I'm working on my first resto project and mine didn't start as nice and is still not as nice as yours.
