Anybody here belong to this fine ride?

I was at an event in Pacific Junction Iowa at the MidAmerica MotorPlex a couple of weekends ago and spotted this fine example of workmanship. I was wondering if maybe it belonged to somebody here. If so, identify yourself to be applauded for the COOL truck. If not, everybody, enjoy!
