Door Weather Stripping
I have heard that the Chevy S10 door weather stripping is both thinner and it clips on the body seam making it much easier to install/use. Anyone have experience with this? What year S10?

Re: Door Weather Stripping
I have s 10 weatherstrip on my 69, but the doors do shut firmly. I had to use a hammer & dolly to knock the pinchweld in somewhat to get the doors to close. It goes on slick tho.....just clip it on, no glue/no mess. On a stock set , you will come up a tad short of the opening & need to splice the bottom center. I had to shorten mine 6-8" to fit the 4" chop top. L

Re: Door Weather Stripping
the stuff i bought from GMC Paul's was snap-in and came from like ... 78-93 dodge truck or something. Great fit.
i'd suggest buying it. better fit than the garbage S10 seals i found at the junkyard. just my 2¢

Re: Door Weather Stripping
i used the stuff from my 77, was a little thick but the doors still shut. exactly the right length. but it does not have the angle cut for the top front corner of the jamb. still fits nicen tight and cant tell its different.
