i don't think it is stuck but i would think it needs a rebuilt. it came out of a 67 truck but not sure if it was orgi. eng. for the truck. oil pan to 2 barrel carb.$150.00 no shipping.[SOLD]

i ran them once a while back i think it came back as a 66 truck eng. but if i can see the #s i will send them to you.
