Blazer fuel tank vent?

I bought one of the military surplus Blazer tanks. What has everyone been doing for a vent? I have the 2 line sending unit, I guess one is a return. Give me some vent ideas/pictures!

Re: Blazer fuel tank vent?

we used a factory "snout"..(the opening where the gas nozzle is inserted. this has a metal stub that a rubber hose can be attaced to....and ran to the tank... works well.

Re: Blazer fuel tank vent?

Mine has a fitting on each upper corner for a vent. They run to a T and then to the pipe at the filler neck that faribran was talking about. I think this is so that if the tank was full and sitting at a angle, it would still be vented.
