Anyone ever drop a C20

I'm looking for pics, suggestions, warnings and any other information you can give me about 3/4 ton dropped trucks. I've got a 1970 that i'm beginning work on and I'm deliberating whether or not to change the front over to a 77 chevy front susp and the rear the same. I would like to be able to keep the 8 lug stuff. But I need some inspiration

Re: Anyone ever drop a C20

I am dropping a 66 GMC 1500 now. I used 2 inch drop 3/4 ton coils up front from GMC Pauls, and I am trying to decide on the rear now. I am going to either:
Use leaf springs (stock) with a less than stock leaf count with a drop shackle, or
A four link with coil overs, or a four link with air ride and shocks.
I am using 8 lug wheels also.
