Red face Wanted- 1" 4bb carb spacer w/smog hos connection

My VR ram air unit sits so low that it interferes with my throttle linkage.

A spacer I found is 1.5 inches tall with the smog hose connection. That solved the problem with the throttle linkage.

Now when I close the hood it puts slight pressure on the back of the ram air box and binds up the choke forcing it locked open.

Does anyone have [or know of a place that sells] a 1" spacer w/smog tube?

I have checked Summit and Jegs and most of the other on-line parts house and can find ony the spacers, none with the smog tube.

I would prefer not to add a smog tube to the ram air itself.

I guess the correct name for this part is an air cleaner spacer. Guess the Carb Spacers are the one under the carb- not what I need.

TIA

It would be a hassle- there are locking pieces on the top and bottom. After cutting it would require that those rings be rebuilt to complete the lock between the carb and the Vararam. The rings fitting is critical to allow the choke to move fully.
I may end up cutting a half-inch from the very center of the riser and then re welding it back together.
Sure would be simpler to just buy the part I need
