GMCPauls - Great Seller - A+
I ordered a set of matched ignition, door and glove box locks a few weeks ago. Once I received the lock set I noticed that it didn't include the glove box lock - I contacted GMCPauls and let them know about the mishap.
They then offered to have me ship back the kit to them at my cost, but I didn't want to put any more money into the lock set so I asked what my options were. They told me that they could just refund me the difference in the kits that have the glove box lock and one that did not. I then wondered if they could just ship me a non-matching lock for the glove box in lieu of me shipping them my non-matched set. They offered to mail me a lock for the glove box so that I would have one for the difference instead of refunding me. That worked for me. Needless to say - I am very happy that they went out of their way to assist me in completing my order to my satisfaction and will continue to use them in the future if they offer a part that I am looking for.
