K20 'Burb w/402: hen's teeth?

How hard is it gonna be to find a '67-'72 K20 'burb that originally came with a big block? Are these as rare as hen's teeth? What about one with rear air, and for the icing on the cake, a 3rd seat?

(a guy's gotta dream, right?! )

There was no big block 4wds in 67-72 period. So it would be pretty darn hard to find an original one..So dream on..Sorry to burst your bubble if you were wanting an original 67-72 big block 4wd.

I have seen quite a few 402 C20's IN 2WD . Mine has rear air but the 3rd seat ,if it ever had one was gone.

Re: K20 'Burb w/402: hen's teeth?

No 4wds w/402? Interesting...I never knew that! I just *assumed* that it was available across the entire platform, but had never stopped to think if I'd ever seen one.

As my sig says, I currently have a C10 '72 Cheyenne Super, 402/400 combo that originally came with leaf springs, but my little brother is kind of wanting an older truck...so I may pass it on to him, and since I have a wife & 4 kids, a Suburban would be handier for me. So, guess I need to decide if I want a big block or 4wd...?!?

Re: K20 'Burb w/402: hen's teeth?

Ok, one last silly question: did the '67-'72 Subs come in the same trim levels as the trucks? Ie, CST, CST/Deluxe, Cheyenne, Cheyenne Super?
