1971 2wd GMC Jimmy pics

An older gentleman I know owns this Jimmy. It's pretty nice and rust free. Thought you guys might want to see it. Wish I could buy it, maybe some day...

Re: 1971 2wd GMC Jimmy pics

So is it for sale? Based on everything I have heard here, A Jimmy's production
numbers are around 1/10 of the Blazers YAY. But that cannot be confirmed. I
would say that one is worth alot of cheese, and yes I am whining. I'd Luv this
thing to be sitting in my driveway. BTW Blazers for 1971 was 1277 units. So it
is possible this is one of 128?? Like I said, can't confirm the numbers. I wish I
could since mine's also a 71 Jimmy, I would like to know how many are left?

Well, I've known this guy for years and he is getting older. I never knew he had it, but he saw me in my Blazer and mentioned that he has one and showed it to me. I was blown away by how clean it was. I have told him that if he ever decides to sell to keep me in mind...

I have a 2wd 70 jimmy but would love to have this one.

Nah, it just looks like it because all of the black has worn off. I checked it and it has the indentions of the 71-72 grill.

He keeps tlking about the Kruze auction in Murray, maybe he'll need some cash soon!
