I have a set of 2500HD alloys that came off an '06 GMC on my '69 and the tires are the original Bridgestones, 245-75-16. I'll post a picture of it in a couple minutes.

Well I got my wheels and tires on today. Will post pics tomorrow. I have the late model silverado 2500 alumnium wheels and 265/75/16 tiers. I think it looks GREAT!

Can't wait to see em - I've got the stock aluminum 16's off a 2500 from a 2003 yukon. I'm still collecting a new used set of tires off craigslist - I hope my stud bolts still have enough thread for a secure fastening of the lug nuts. I know the aluminum rims ar thicker than 1972 OEM steel rims
