Hardtop repair

So the rain has started here and plans need to be moved up on repairing my hardtop, The previous owner had installed a ghetto luggage rack on the top that was removed shortly after getting it home, Now I have the holes that he drilled to install it to deal with. the back lift gate is also cracked in a couple places, and is needing repaired. I have no experience with fiberglass but am a quick learner,

I need info and anything else you guys can throw at me, Writeups, Sites, Whatever thanks

Also, What is the best way to paint the top? what products? I was thinking about heculiner also, Has anyone done this?
