Lowering Leaf spring rear ?
What the best way, if any, of lowering a leaf rear? I'm looking at maybe going to a 2/4 drop.

Re: Lowering Leaf spring rear ?
the most common way is with flipkit which relocates axel above the spring for about 6"drop i think/ for less drop you can go with spring that has reversed eyes or relocate hangers ans shackels

Re: Lowering Leaf spring rear ?
I have been planning on getting Early Classics lowering leafs and maybe the shackles they offer too. Anyone here using this setup?

Re: Lowering Leaf spring rear ?
Do you know if that changes the ride at all? Would like to keep the ride about the same and also if I wanted to carry anything in the future....

Re: Lowering Leaf spring rear ?
Not sure about the ride. I have the 2.5 drop spindles on the front and have been happy with them. I'm sure they will answer any questions you might have.... http://www.earlyclassic.com/catalog.aspx
