Vin Numbers

Is there a web site to run vin numbers how much info can be had from just these numbers anyone know??

Go to the mainpage and it is at the top of the list on the left hand side.

Truck style and chasis legnth, original v8 or six and assembly plant along with cosecutive build no#.

More info through the glove box data sheet or vin tag on door jamb.

American Classics and GMC Pauls both have vin decoder's on their sites.

GMC's are a bit trickier than the Chevy's
