free 250 I6
Yep I cant post in the for sale section cause I didnt give money so I hope it is okay to post hear. I have a 1972 chevy c10 that I removed from my truck when I installed a 350/700r4. sitting in my driveway free to whoever wants to come pick it up. its been out side for a couple of years but only had 78,000miles when removed and would be good after rebuild. im in burlington KY if noone wants it its going to the recyle center.

i,ll take it if you can work with me on picking it up. has it had the air cleaner on it to keep water from going in it ?

it did till recently, when I took the aircleener off the butterflys on the carb were seized up. it has also had the spark plugs left in it.

Im almost 100% sure it is not locked up but I will double check when I get home this evening.

Well I checked it and it does not turn as free as I thought it would. it rotates probably 10-15 degrees then stops. I did not try and force it. Im assuming its a valve but have not taken anything apart to check. here are a few pics of it let me know what you want to do
